This unit is centrally located with the centre of town only 200m walk away offering assorted shops, cafes and clubs. Take two steps across the one way lane and sink your feet in the white sands and clear waters of Woorim beach.

The unit sits on edge of the first floor which offers you a lovely ocean view straight over the beach. There are two air conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bathroom consists of a shower over the bath, vanity, separate toilet and a complete laundry with washer and dryer. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen TV, walk in robe and ensuite. The second bedroom can sleep three with a set of single bunks and a single bed.

The open plan kitchen, dining and living area all look out to the balcony and over to the ocean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need while you are on holiday. The dining set has seating for six and the lounge room has comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV and DvD player. There is also reverse cycle air conditioning in the living area which can cool or heat the centre of the unit.

The balcony has a BBQ and table and chairs setting where you can sit back and enjoy the ocean views. The complex offers secure undercover parking for one vehicle. A pre-authorised bond of up to $500 will be held on your credit card upon check in. This will be released to your credit card when the property has been inspected and approved after your vacate.

Linen Hire: $22.50 x Queen Set and $15 x Single Set. On request, beds can be made up prior to your arrival.
