The dining set has seating for six and the lounge room has comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV and DvD player. There is also reverse cycle air conditioning in the living area which can cool or heat the centre of the unit.
The balcony has a BBQ and table and chairs setting where you can sit back and enjoy the ocean views. The complex offers secure undercover parking for one vehicle.
