This is an extremely comfortable family holiday home with plenty of space and things to do. This beautiful two-story holiday house is big in size and even bigger in character. This home offers large family living areas so it's perfect for a large family or two smaller families. Everywhere you look this property offers comfort and style with extras like unlimited NBN wifi and three TVs.

Upstairs there are four bedrooms, with two Queen beds(air conditioned) and master with TV and three Single beds plus an extra mattress under one of the singles. There is also a smaller room off the master bedroom complete with portable cot for a baby. Downstairs there is a large living and dining area with a TV nook to one side and a formal lounge room with comfortable sofas. The second bathroom is downstairs and has a shower and toilet as well as a complete laundry with washer and dryer. The owners have provided lots to do with multiple books, toys, board games and push bikes for the families to share. The property is also located a short walk from the off leash dog beach and Woorim golf course, so there is entertainment to keep the whole family amused even the dog!

Outside there is a massive poinciana tree in the back garden together with a wood fired BBQ and tables and chairs for al fresco dining. Long sweeping verandahs upstairs and downstairs give this home a wonderful feeling of space and grandeur. The house catches the breezes and is refreshingly cool for those warmer summer months. The yard is fully fence (front and back) so is perfect for the kids and the dog to play.

Please note linen is not included you will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, bathmats, bath towels, hand towels & tea towels, doonas and pillows will always be provided. Or you can hire linen for an additional cost of $22.50 x Double Set and $15 x Single Set which includes all linen apart from beach/pool towels.

Minimum 2 night stay off peak and minimum 7 night stay during the school holidays

Accommodates up to 8: 2 Queen beds, 3 Single beds & spare single mattress. Portable cot also available.

A additional booking and cleaning fee are required and a $50 Pet fee per dog applies when you bring a dog.

A pre-authorised bond of up to $500 will be held on your credit card upon check in. This will be released to your credit card when the property has been inspected and approved after your vacate.
