Approx.600 acres all sown to annuals and summer crop.500 mega litre turkey nest dam which can be filled twice a year. There is a unique drainage licence (750 Megs) last cab off the rank before it hits the Nine Mile Creek linked to a 30 mega litre holding pond with two large 3 phase electrical motors pumping up to 50 Plus mega litres per day into the dam. This drainage system is reliable and drains all Invergordon and Wunghnu to this last point. Pump on creek can also be used to fill Dam with GM Water.
