Located just 600m from the golden sands of Flinders Beach and a stone’s throw from Cylinder Beach, Ted’s is your perfect home away from home. With water views, a prime location near local eateries, and only 350m to the nearest bus stop, this classic coastal sanctuary is an ideal base for effortless island exploration. Whether you’re starting new traditions or continuing cherished ones, let Ted’s be the backdrop to your unforgettable holidays.

The Space
Ted’s offers five air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms, ensuring ample space for families or groups of up to 13 guests. Every room is thoughtfully equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, hanging space, and storage drawers, creating a comfortable and practical environment.

For families with little ones, we’ve added extra touches to make your stay seamless: a porta cot, high chair, and a pint-sized table and chairs for kids. A trundle bed is also available upon request for additional flexibility.

Rainy days are no problem at Ted’s! A delightful collection of books, puzzles, games, and cards will keep everyone entertained while creating new memories together.

Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the plenty of onsite parking for your 4WD, boat, or jet-ski trailers. The home’s thoughtful layout invites you to relax and recharge after a day in the sun, with cozy nooks and family-friendly spaces that make it truly feel like home.

Guest Access
Step onto the back deck and take in the serene view of crown land just beyond the fence, a natural haven where kangaroos graze and forage. From this vantage point, you might also spot kookaburras perched on the railings, adding a touch of local wildlife magic to your mornings.

While you’re welcome to explore the fenced property, we ask that you respect the tranquility of the surrounding land and its furry inhabitants. Please keep pets within the fenced area, and enjoy watching the wildlife from a peaceful distance.

Note: The garage is not accessible to guests, but the rest of the property is yours to explore and enjoy to your heart's content.
