The lounge room has a flat screen TV and comfortable seating. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the eight seater dining room. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans and built in wardrobes. There are two bathrooms including one ensuite, both complete with shower, toilet & vanity and the main with a large bath tub.

It is the perfect spot to catch the afternoon breeze. This house is fully fenced and pet friendly for your small well behaved outside dog and only a short walk away are all the cafes, clubs & shops in Woorim including the patrolled surf beach.

A additional booking and cleaning fee are required and a $50 Pet fee per dog applies when you bring a dog.

A pre-authorised bond of up to $500 will be held on your credit card upon check in. This will be released to your credit card when the property has been inspected and approved after your vacate.

Linen Hire: $22.50 x Queen Set and $15 x Single Set. On request, beds can be made up prior to your arrival.
