The land to the south and south-west comprises established residential lots, with an area of Public Recreation located adjacent to Adam Street within 250 metres of the site. The site's north-west boundary adjoins land reserved for Education Purposes, while Katanning Senior High School and Katanning. It is the owners' intent to provide Public Open Space (POS) when the site is subdivided in accordance with the attached Concept Plan.
Over $10 million being invested on Katanning & still further developing is ongoing, such as Dome caf/ Hotel, new Shire administration building, and Katanning District Hospital.
